Abstract(in English) A 5-in.SVGA TFT-LCD with an integrated full digital data driver of 4.0mm width has been developed by using low temperature poly-Si technology. An integrated multiple data driver concept has been used for reducing the area of data driver with 6-bit DACs, and a display area of 80% was realized.
