Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have been investigating a smart image sensor to extend dynamic range. By controlling the integration time pixel by pixel, the dynamic range of output images can be extended simply. In this paper, we describe the technique to control integration time for wide dynamic range. We also describe design of new adaptive integration time image sensor which has a function of image reconstruction on the sensor.
