Abstract(in English) We have developed a 2.15 inch diagonal, reflective color low temperature polysilicon(poly-Si) Thin Film transistor liquid crystal Display(TFT-LCD) suitable for Mobile phone. This panel integrated a new 4bit Digital to Analog Convertor (4bit-DAC) and a new technology called DMOG(digital memory on glass). This panel is able to display 4bit x RGB (4096-colors) images(normal mode) and 1bit x RGB (8-colors) still image in power save mode (still mode). We have achieved low cost and low power consumption up to 1.3mW in still mode.
