| Abstract(in English) | The Telecommunications Advancement Organization (TAO) has Initiated a Project in which Closed Caption Data of Off_Line TV Programs is Automatically Produced for The Benefit of the Hearing Impaired People. Closed_Caption Service Helps the Impaired Enjoy TV Programs. However, We Make Subjective Evaluation for Closed_Caption Display Method, and Find That Current Closed_Caption Display Method is Unsatisfactory. So, We are Developed The Closed_Caption Receiving System, That is Able to Select The Desirable Caption Display Method which Can Control Display lines, Character Size and Scroling/Unscroling. |
