Abstract(in English) | TFT-LCD business reaches to 10 billion dollars in this 10 years. TFT-LCDs featured with "light, thin, small and low power consumption" are most suitable for note-PC application. The resolution of electric printers is higher than that of TFT-LCDs. However, recently the high-resolution and large-secreen size FTF-LCDs are in the market. Low Temperature Poly-Si TFT technology will realize these TFT-LCDs with resolution of more than 200ppi(DPI). |
