Abstract(in English) | Parallax barrier technology and lenticular lens technology are two principal technologies to display no-glasses 3-D images. But the parallax barrier has a defect of cutting off the light and the 3-D screen becomes dark. So until recently it was not adopted to realize the no-glasses 3-D display. But we adopted this technology because of its simple construction and preciseness. And we have improved this technology in order to be applicable to the LCD. This paper explains the development and applications of our no-glasses 3-D displays adopting parallax barrier technology named "Image-Splitter". |
