Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Three-dimensional effect can be obtained when 2D picture will be seen through Micro Lens Array(MLA)on which micro lens are put side by side without any gap. When the MLA is bent, a 3D effect will be more stressed. This stress is born on the display image by the distortion toward the depth direction of the total image. The leaned micro lens is regarded as a micro lens being straightly faced to the display image with shortened focus distance. Due to this, the display image can be seen without any distortion on up and down sides and also right and left sides. The human brain recognizes the distortion toward the depth direction of the image unconsciously and also recognizes more stressed three-dimensional image due to a kind of illusion.
