Luminescent properties of SrGa_2S_4 : Eu thin films deposited by multi-source deposition.

Abstract(in English) Preparation of SrGa_2S_4 : Eu thin films showing green-emission has been carried out by multi source deposition technique, then the structural and luminescent properties of the films were characterized. It was shown in this experiment that the crystallinity, luminance and chromaticity of green emission were improved by the annealing in H_2S or Ar atmosphere. The film annealed at 800℃ in H_2S showed a luminance of about 740 cd/m^2 and CIE coordinates of(0.36, 0.60)under excitation with 2kV and 60μA/cm^2. Moreover it showed a luminance of about 60 cd/m^2 under excitation with 250V.
