| 抄録(英) | In this paper, a monochrome organic light emitting diode passive matrix display based on a long life green OLED cell, with a pixel number of 96x60, an equivalent pixel size of 0.4x0.4mm^2 and the pixel gap of 0.1mm, was reported. A good green color image with no crosstalk between pixels could be obtained. The display average luminance at the duty cycle of 1/64 is 100cd/m^2, and the power consumption is 0.6W. The dark room contrast of 1 : 100 is achieved without using a polarization filter. |
