Abstract(in English) A fast FEM method is proposed in this paper, which will be applied in simulation of 3D magnetic deflect field with huge number of elements. The application of indexed store and calculation with the matrix saves limited memory by using dynamic allocate memory (DAM) technology. The equations are solved with over-access iteration method which is much faster than normal LU method in the condition of large number of equations. According this method, a special program is developed, which can calculate 3D magnetic deflect field applied in cathode ray tube and simulate the deflection of electron beam together with convergence, Taster and spot shape on the screen. A 15" CDT is selected as an example to be analyzed.
