Abstract(in English) | We have developed an XGA resolution, 150μm pitch 23" Plasma Display Rear Panel using transfer method. Address electrodes are made on a glass substrate with a photolithography with photosensitive paste including Ag and glass. A photosensitive liquid adhesive is coated on the substrate. On the other hand, a silicone rubber are made with intaglios of ribs replica. A photosensitive ceramic paste is filled into the intaglio of the rubber and is exposed to harden. The substrate is attached with alignment onto the replica and then the adhesive is exposed to set. The rubber is removed from the substrate. Thus the ribs are successfully transferred onto the glass substrate with the address electrodes. |
