| Abstract(in English) | The papers in a field of thin film electroluminescence and phosphors, which were reported at 2000 SID International Symposium, were summarized. 3 papersat Thin Film Electroluminescence session, 4 at Phosphors session and 5 at Poster session were reported. At Thin Film EL session, transparent thin film EL displays for automotive applications were discussed. Invited paper concerning SrS based blue thin film EL phosphors was presented. A 17 in.full color EL display with hybrid structure consisting of thick dielectric and thin film EL phophors was demonstrated privately. |
