Abstract(in English) | A 1/6-inch size VGA format progressive scan CCD has been developed. High sensitivity of 200mV (F8) and wide dynamic range of 450mV has been achieved by best-fitted on-chip micro-lens technology and shallow implantation technology. Also very high light-resistance has been obtained by using Pigment type complementary color filter. As a result, this CCD can be used for PC cameras and security cameras without a mechanical shutter system. |
