| Abstract(in English) | SID'99 papers related to Field Emission Display (FED) , field emitters and phosphors have been summarized. 10 papers in FED, 4 papers in Field Emitters and 5 papers in phosphors were presented. Most FEDs are used Mo emitters Spindt type. Thers was a first paper related to spacers for FEDs. The papers related to FED Panels have been increased. The basic periferal technology for FEDs will be expand to practical technology. |
