Abstract(in English) The high pressure and density equations of state (EOS) of materials must be accurately known for inertial confinement fusion (ICF) experiments, astrophysics and other related fields. In order to measure the density directly and accurately, the precise and novel measurement technique has to be developed. X-ray radiography can be used to accurately measure density. Instead of ideal point source x-ray backliglnt, we heve developed penumbral x-ray backlight imaging technique. we were able to obtain the convolution image and reconstraction the Target function.
