Abstract(in English) | We have developed a data driver composed of poly-Si TFTs fabricated at low temperature, for a large LCD panel. This technique of making poly-Si TFTs on glass at low temperature makes it possible to build a data driver within a LCD panel, however, the performance made of such poly-Si TFT is of very uneven quality. Therefore, operational amplifier(Op-Amp)made from this TFT has large offset voltage causes vertical cross-talk. In this report, we present, first, the problems arising due to using conventional offset-cancel-technique and then propose a new offset-cancel-technique which consists of two new offset-cancel-circuit, one prevents an oscillation and other one compensates transfer, and a new sequential wave-form which cancels offset voltage caused by uneveness of DC gain of Op-Amps. The proposed technique has been successfully checked experimentally and experimental results agree well with the theoritical results. |
