Abstract(in English) | The Multifield Driving method can reduce the power consumption of a driving circuit to less than half that with conventional methods, but image quality depends on not only 3D sampling patterns but also two kinds of line flicker which stem from feedthrough voltage and TFT leakage current. In this report, our objectives are to develop the moving image simulator using CRT displays and to evaluate image quality of MFD method, in case of combining the MFD method with such ac driving methods as field, column, line and dot inversion. It was found that the dot inversion method was the most bearable respecting to line flicker. |
