| Abstract(in English) | We have developed the novel measurement technique of the secondary electron emission coefficient by using gas breakdown with CO_2 laser. We measured the MgO/Pt ratio and charge value of Pt electrode with various pure gases and mixed gas. Also, we made clear the influence of air exposure on MgO films. |
