| Abstract(in English) | SID'98 papers related to poly-Si TFT and crystal Si LCDs have been summarized. In this year, most of the papers are related to low temperature poly-Si TFTs. The final target of the device is system on glass. There are many papers which show very high performance of the TFT circuit. Some of them have a complete digital interface to external circuit with TTL level. Application field of the low temperature TFTs will be expand to the controller and memory circuit in the near future. |
