Abstract(in English) | Poly (3-dodecylthiophene, PAT12) was synthesized as a conjugated polymer material for organic EL devices. The single layer organic EL devices and the double layer ones were fabricated by consisting of PAT12 film and deposition of Alq3 on PAT12, respectively. From the measured results of V-I and V-L characteristics to these devices, it is charified that the double layer configuration is very effective in improving luminous efficiency. The peak in EL emission spectrum was observed to shift to short wavelength under the application of strong voltage. |
