Abstract(in English) The secondary electron emission characteristics are measured and discussed concerning the properties of MgO and new dielectric materials which have transmissive properties to ultraviolet rays of 147nm. The aging charagteristics, paoperties of luminance and luminous efficiency were measured by the fabricated panels with the tested dielectric materials.
