Abstract(in English) A phosphor mix of Ba_0.48Sr_0.5Mg_0.8Al_10O_17 : Mn^2+(BAM : Mn^2+)and of Y_3(Al, Ga)_5O_12 : Ce^<3+>(YAG : Ce^<3+>)with short decay time is proposed as new green emitting AC plasma display panel aging characteristics of BAM : Mn^2+ PDP devices are improved by adding YAG : Ce^<3+>. The chromaticity of the PDP panels can be changed by varying the ratio of BAM : Mn^2+ to YAG : Ce^<3+>. Further improvement of PDP characteristics is expected by other phosphor combinations and by optimization of the mixing ratio.
