Abstract(in English) | For the purpose of realizing the very fine barrier electrode ac plasma displays,we fabricated the testing panels with 0.5mm pitch by sandblasting method.By investigating we changed the materials of dielectric layer and sandblasting powder.We were able to exclude the damage of dielectric layer by sandblasting.We fabricated upper electrode by utilizing lift off method.As a result,we were able to improve the fabrication method in barrier electrode ac plasma displays. |
