Abstract(in English) This paper describes the performance of a single layer electrode CCD with a inter-electrode gap width of 0.3μm.Charge Transfer Effi ciency(CTE)is investigated in two regions:a small signal charge region and a large signal charge region.A newly found CTE degradation in the large signal charge region,which determines charge handling capability,is analyzed.
