| Abstract(in English) | SID ′94 are reported.On LCD light valves for projectors,LCDs fea turing both high resolution and high-aperture ratio are presented. TFT properties of these LCDs have been improved and the mobility of more than 100 cm^2, Vsec are achieved.On the other hand,new devices which have been called digital micromirror devices(DMD)are also presented for projectors.On this SID,DMD with high contrast ratio(>100:1)prove its high potential and HDTV projectors with DMD are realized. |
