| Abstract(in English) | The KARAOKE-CD Specification 1.0 limited to the KARAOKE application was issued in March 1993,and was subsequently promulgated as the ″VIDEO-CD Specification 1.1″ at the ″4th Euro pean CD-I Multimedia Conference″ held in London,in June 1993 accor ding to the agreement among the companies MATSUSHITA,PHILIPS,SONY and JVC. Moving picture presentation to which the MPEG Coding Tchnology is applied,is already popular and well accepted in the KARAOKE market.The VIDEO-CD Specification established as above is characterized to be operation rules to keep the software and hardware compatibility through the storage media CDs,however,this paper is intended to describe the specification viewed from the software production. |
