The New Realtime 3-D Imaging Technique by the Frequency Multiplexed PHB Hologram

Abstract(in English) PHB(Persistent spectral Hole Burning)material is the frequency selective recording film,so that a large quantity of images can be recorded,i.e.theoretically 10^4 images at cryotemparature,by exposure of lights with slightly different,frequencies.It does not need any aftertreatments such as development,fixing and others. These properties can be combined with holography leading to realtime 3-D imaging device. In this report,we show the demonstration of recording and regenerating tens of the frequency multiplexing holographic images in one film.We discuss the possibility of the new realtime 3-D device by PHB holography.
