| Abstract(in English) | Several papers selected from Session 20,25,34,47,and Poster- Session P-44,45,46,47 and 48 in 1993 SID Symposium are reported. Some topics are a reflective light valve using mechanical micro- mirror arrays,a high-resolution and compact 1.9-inch HDTV light valve using high-temperature poly-Si TFTS,a new pixel structure in TFT-LCDs with a high aperture ratio,and a full-color LCD fabricated by low-temperature poly-Si TFT technology. |
