| Abstract(in English) | This paper is a review of Session 4,29,40,45 and poster 1-9 in SID′93 Conference. In these session new driving methods of AM-LCD and the structures of AM-LCD panels or TFTs. First three papers refer to new driving methodes for maluti gray levels.And another paper propose new driving methode using low voltage driver. Full-self aline TFT and μ c-Si(n^+)Si TFT are developed to obtai n small size TFT.Low threshold voltage liquid crystal material is used to reduce a TFT charging burden.Last one presents a new technique to address LCD using plasma switch. |
