| Abstract(in English) | The papers in a field of emissive displays;electroluminescence, which were reported at 1993 SID International-Symposium,were summarized.5 papers at Color,EL session,4 at Electroluminescence session,1 at Application session:Flat-Panel Displays and 4 at Poster session were reported.At color EL session,a 10 in.VGA full- color(16 colors)TFEL panel using newly developed blue TFEL phosphor was reported.At Application session,a muliticolor TPEL panels,which are commercially available,was reported.Invited paper concerning basic physics of high field EL was presented.Several papers discussed electrical charactrization of ZnS:Mn TFEL devices. |
