Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Organic thin film EL devices have been extensively investigated in recent year. We synthesized N,N'-diphenyl-N,N'-(3-methyl phenyl)1,1'biphenyl-4,4'-diamine (TPD) and two diamine derivatives synthesized in the same way, and exmined these thermal stabilities by measuring these glass transition temperature(Tg). We fabricated thin film double-layer structure utilizing these diamine derivatives as a hole transport layer and measured luminescent properteis and deterioration characteristics of these devices.
