Optical Computing using Liquid Crystal Panels : Hybrid Optoelectronic Hamming Net Processor

Abstract(in English) We propose hybrid optoelectronic hamming net processor composed of optical hamming layer and electronic maxnet. The optical hamming layer consists of the two stacked ferroelectric liquid crystal panels, and therefore large capacity and high density can be achieved. The electronic maxnet of this system has also advantage of high resolution because each node is composed of two comparators.
