Abstract(in English) We have developed keV-X-ray microscope systems to diagnose laser-imploded plasma. High spatial resolution was realzed with an advanced Kirkpalric-Beaz type X-ray microscope. The microscope have a spatial resolution of less 3μm in the visual field of 1mm. Three dimensional measurement of X-ray images was made with multi-channel X-ray pinhole cameras. All of the X-ray images were detected with X-ray CCD cameras, which were controled one personalcomputer.
