Abstract(in English) | Sandblasting and dry-film technology which are expected to be useful ones to form barrier ribs of the color plasma displays have been adopted to fabricate the barrier- electrode ac Plasma Displays. By the improvement of performances of glass. paste for barrier ribs and beads for sandblasting, it is proved that sandblasting technology is effective for fabricating barrier-electrode ac plasma displays with a very fine resolution. The experimental results of luminance and luminous efficiency of barrier-electrode at plasma displays with a cell pitch of 0.5 mm are 850 cd/m^2 and 0.65lm/W, respectively. |
