Abstract(in English) | This paper shows the picture quality model for an evaluation of JPEG coded color pictures based on human observing points and local feature of color pictures. The distortion models are consist of fundermental quality factors defined by color difference on CIE L^*a^*b^* color space. The equations of evaluation are obtaind by Multivariate Analysis of distortion models. This model evaluates the picture quality with high accuracy and estimates Mean Opinion Score well. |
