| Abstract(in English) | A new Malti-Layer type full color LED, capable of mixing different luminous wavelength to radiate many different colors of light (visible also from a close distance), at high levels of efficacy. Excellent luminous intensity, has been demonstrated by the prototype. Values of 10 cd white light has been achieved using Multi-layerd blue, red and green chips, at a current of less than 20mA per chip. |
