Electro-Optical Characteristics of Organic Electroluminescent Device with Conjugated Polymer

Abstract(in English) We synthesized newly poly (3-methoxythiophene) as a conjugated polymer and fabricated an organic EL device by spin-coating. The device didn't emit. We fabricated a double layer device deposited Alq3 on an spin-coating film and Alq3 single layer device. It is confirmed that of pinholes exist in spin-coating film in the devices from the V-I and V-I characteristics.
