Abstract(in English) | We have proposed a novel reflective LCD using hybrid aligned LC cell, mirror electrode inside of the cell and front scattering film on the cell. This reflective LCD has advantages of wide viewing angle, high resolution, high brightness, high contrast ratio, fast response and easy fabrication. In this paper we propose a full color reflective LCD using ECB and Bend mode LC cell and compare its characteristics. |
