Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It is proved that doping of materials with high melting temperature of CaF_2 and LiF results in preserving life time long The application of electron-injecting layer using CaF_2 causes lowering the threshold voltage and improvement of luminance by increasing the electron injection efficiency from the cathode.
