Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We synthesized three kinds of diamine derivatives as hole transport layer, is higher luminous efficiency of EL devices made by using TPD2 and TPD3 than that made by TPD. TPD4 has higher glass transition temperature than TPD, but the mobility of TPD4 became lower than that of TPD.
