Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | A light amplification device based on hybridization of organic electroluminescent diodes and photoresponsive perylene pigment films was reported. Amplification gain of photon conversion from red to red reached 25-folds with the assistance of large photocurrent multiplication phenomenon in perylene pigment films. Light up-conversion from red to green and optical switching behavior caused by feedback of output-light to the photoresponsive layer were also demonstrated. |
