| Abstract(in English) | For the purpose of investigating the characteristics of secondary electron emission by ion bombardment from the protecting materials or plasma displays, we constracted an experimental apparatus. The secondary, electron emission characteristics are discussed concerning the properties for MgO and new, materials which have transmissivity of ultraviolet rays of 147 nm. |
