| Abstract(in English) | We made full color LED-Display-Units for trial purposes by using GaN high brightness blue and green LEDs. As a result, The Units achieved the high brightness of 5000cd/m2 or more that was able to be used in even outdoor and the color reproducibility equal with the NTSC method. |
