Abstract(in English) High luminance, High luminous efficiency and long life time Cold Cathode Fluorecsent Lump has been developed. This lump has hybrid type Cathode, so long life time is achieved because of its low spattering yield of cathode materials and high luminous efficiency is achieved because of its low cathode fall voltage. We applied this fluorecsent lump to large size and very slim backlighting for POP and LCD.
