Abstract(in English) | We fabricated a red emissive organic EL device utilizing an Alq3 layer doped with Rhodamine101. Red color emission showed the chromaticity (x=0.62, y=0.35). The red emission mechanism was discussed in the device by examining the excitation wavelength of Rhodamine101 and the emission wavelength of Alq3, and V-l characteristics . |
