| Abstract(in English) | It is very important to improve blue luminescence properties for the development of full color TFEL displays. Recently, Ce^<3+> doped SrS thin films are widely used as blue-green emitting phosphor layer, but the further improvement of luminescence properties is required. In this paper we used CeN as luminescent centers instead of CeCl _3 and evaluated the properties of SrS:Ce thin films. |
