Abstract(in English) Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) assembly involves various applications of ultra violet (UV) and visible light curable adhesives such as temporary bonding for alignment in cell assembly process, main sealng (gasketing), charge port sealing (end sealing), ITO protection coating, COG (chip on glass) cover coating, metal pin terminal bonding and flexible connector sealing. UV and visible light curable adhesives provide improved reliability and cost saving by automated assembly technology.
