Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to identify the low-frequency(< 10 MHz) electromagnetic(EM) noise sources existing inside the electronic equipment or manufacturing machines, we try to estimate and visualize the locations of the multiple EM sources by observing the EM near-field distributions radiated from them. Assuming the noise sources as a couple of electric or magnetic dipoles, we apply the MUSIC algorithm to the observed wave form data, to determine three-dimensionally both the locations and directions of those dipoles simultanelusly. Numerical simulations as well as experiments demonstrate the capability of the MUSIC algorithm to localize the dipole sources.
