Small-sized receiving active slot antenna on rectangular conductor

Abstract(in English) The receiving active slot antenna on the rectangular conductor with size of 85mm by 78mm is analyzed numerically and experimentally. The slot antenna is analyzed by using the electromagnetic simulator "Fidelity" based on FDTD method. The amplifier circuit with the silicon transistor 2SC3603 is analyzed by using the circuit simulator "S-nap". Next, the actual gain of receiving active slot antenna is formulated and calculated. The calculated actual gain of 2.1dBd is obtained at the frequency of 370 MHz. The measured actual gain is almost same as the calculated value.
