Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) An undesired electromagnetic radiation from electric devices increase according to these digitalization of the high-speed signal. The undesired radiation causes mainly from a printed circuit board(PCB) in the device, power line, and so on. In this paper, we concentrate to the radiation from PCB. The signal line on the PCB is considered as a radiator of the electromagnetic field. In this paper, the radiation from a transmission line, which is the simplest model of the PCB, is analyzed by the Finite Difference Time Domain(FDTD) method. The Physical Optics(PO) Approximation method is also applied in order to easily predict the radiation. The PO results are compared with FDTD method and discussed theoretically.
